What is AGROBOUSSOLE?
A pre-qualification service that measures separately the maturity of your idea and the exposure of your site — because a good idea on difficult ground is not a weak idea.
Two results, not one
A score out of 100 is compensatory: a weakness is offset by a strength. That is fair for measuring how mature an idea is, where a poorly framed objective can be corrected. It is far less fair for measuring exposure, where some answers cannot be offset at all.
Maturity score — out of 100
Eight weighted sections: problem, objectives, beneficiaries, feasibility, resources, partners, risks and results. A weakness is offset by a strength, and rightly so: an idea can be worked on.
Exposure index — 3 levels
Energy, water, land tenure, sourcing, financing maturity, maintenance, distance to market. This index does not add up: it takes the maximum. A single blocking signal places the project at high exposure, whatever the rest says.
